Shichimi Togarashi

Shichimi Togarashi means seven flavour chili pepper. It is a traditional Japanese spice blend containing seven spices, which may vary depending on where you buy it from. Ours is a particularly good blend (if we do say so ourselves). It is commonly used in noodle dishes, soups, udon and ramen but can be used as a general seasoning. Try it on brown rice with olive oil for a simple delicious lunch or side dish.

INGREDIENTS:  Orange Peel, Szechuan Pepper, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Nori, Black Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Sanaam Chili.
