The most prized variety is theTonda Gentile Trilobata, grown in the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy, and is also called Nocciola Piemonte IGP (or the Piedmont Hazelnut).

Starting from the raw fruit, following recipes tailored to the customer’s requirements we obtain a roasted product with an intense aroma and characteristic notes.
