BAHARAT is a traditional North African & Middle Eastern mixture. Baharat is the Arabic word for "spices". There are many different variants of this spice mixture depending on what region it is made in. It is fragrant and complex heady mix made with all the deep and strong flavoured spices, this blend has quite a powerful punch. In some areas this is also know as Arabic 7 spice.

SUGGESTED USES: It is wonderful with root vegetables, Moroccan lamb stews, and as a rub for lamb, beef, chicken, fish and eggplant.
