This dry rub is inspired by Argentina. CHIMICHURRI (sometimes spelled "chimichurrie") is mostly used as a sauce. Our rub can be used to make a sauce, with olive oil and red wine vinegar, or it can be used dry as a rub for steak, chicken and fish. The SMOKED PAPRIKA infuses a lovely, rich, deep flavour that is complemented by the herbs and heat.
