FENUGREEK LEAVES (Kasuri Methi) are from the fenugreek plant, which is native to Asia and Southern Europe. The flavour of the leaves is milder than the seeds and the taste is a mixture of mild FENNEL and CELERY SEED. FENUGREEK LEAVES are mainly used in Indian cuisine. Try sprinkling them over a dish as the last step of the meal preparation, similar to parsley.
