Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
These are a must for any pantry. This is a Sicilian EVOO that has been blended with either lemon, orange or chill oil. Blending the oils, instead of pressing the fruit together, allows for more intense flavours.
LEMON Olive Oil can be used as a stand alone or in a salad dressing. It blends wonderfully with wine and balsamic vinegars. It is a great butter replacement on green vegetables or boiled potatoes.
ORANGE Olive Oil is superb on any kale, spinach or green salad especially when blended with a balsamic vinegar. It adds wonderful depth to a traditional caprese salad or any seafood dish.
CHILI Olive Oil is a great way to add heat and spice to anything. A dressing from hot chill oil and sweet balsamic vinegar is terrific on roasted vegetables. You can drizzle it on soups, pizza, popcorn and pasta.
