This traditional Fleur de Sel is collected by the French 'salt farmers' as they like to be called.
Totally distinctive for its natural pink colouring, which is due to the high density of pink shrimps consumed by the flamingos. This salt has a lingering taste of iodine which makes it perfect for steak and meat.
