Spicy and aromatic. This fine balsamic vinegar, produced with the finest ingredients and aged in Juniper barrels. Aging in Juniper barrels give it spiciness and aroma, and has a strong and lingering taste with a slight tang.
Medium-high density: strong, spicy, aromatic taste.
Pairing with all game preparations, game and roasts in general, on spicy or spicy cheeses. Obtained from the aging of cooked must of Lambrusco grapes (30%), Ancellotta (30%) and wine vinegar aged in oak (60%).
