Also known as 'KAFFIR' LIME LEAF, this is an indispensable flavour in Thai cuisine. This herb dries extremely well and still manages to retain its floral scent and flavour that falls between lemon and lime. It is great for Thai curries and Thai soups. Our leaves are powdered for ease of use.
The powder can be lightly fried in oil to produce a fragrant oil to be used in a Thai inspired salad dressing.
