This is a California EVOO that has been blended with Lime Oil. Blending the oils, instead of pressing the fruit together, allows for more intense flavours. Lime Olive Oil can be used in any Mexican dish. It is great for fish tacos. It works on Thai beef salad, or even a mint and cucumber salad.
It makes a great creamy cilantro dressing dressing for a rice bowl.
It can be used in cupcakes, frosting, or drizzled on ice cream.
