Our MULLING SPICE is a Spice Trader winter favourite, but can be enjoyed year round. We rough grind whole spices to release the flavour for great tasting mulled wine or apple cider. 1 to 2 TBSP per bottle of wine or litre of apple cider.

INGREDIENTS: Cinnamon Cassia Chips, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Allspice, Cloves.
