Come and learn how to make mustard from scratch!
We will use both yellow and brown mustard seeds, and try different techniques & ingredients to create delicious, homemade mustards.
We will have a tasting of 4 mustards on charcuterie, cheese and bread! Bring your appetite.

You will leave with mustard seeds and recipes for:
Balsamic Mustard
Smoked Mustard
Dijon Mustard
Yellow Mustard
