We have created a paella seasoning to help simplify making this extraordinary and delicious meal.
Like many dishes paella has humble beginnings. It was a labourer’s lunch made over a wood fire in the middle of the day. It was made with what was on hand on the day. Traditionally it was eaten out of the pan and each diner would use their own wooden spoon!
The recipe below has rabbit (we often replace it with chicken) and chorizo sausage and peas instead of beans. It is one of our favourites.
