HANDS-ON CLASS
Come lean how to make fresh pasta. All participants get pasta to take home.
- Learn basic pasta recipes.
- Find out the different ways to make different noodles.
- Play with the pasta dough to hones your skills.
- Work one on one with the chef to make YOUR pasta.
- You will receive a follow up e-mail with all the recipes and instructions.
This is a small class of 10 participants.

The Chef from NOCE, Eron Novalski will teach us how to make fresh, delicious, and simple homemade pasta. As our neighbour on the block, Eron has been visiting The Spice Trader since we opened in 2005.
