Quatre Épices


QUATRE ÉPICES translates to "four spices" in French. This is a traditional French savoury blend of WHITE PEPPERNUTMEGGINGER and CLOVES. It is used in charcuterie, sausages, terrines and patés.

This blend goes very well with rich game meats and casseroles. It gets some heat from the WHITE PEPPER and GINGER, a sweet nuttiness from the NUTMEG, and a wonderful pungent top note from the CLOVE.
