OPTIONS

QUATRE ÉPICES translates to "four spices" in French. This is a traditional French savoury blend of WHITE PEPPERNUTMEGGINGER and CLOVES. It is used in charcuterie, sausages, terrines and patés .

This blend goes very well with rich game meats and casseroles. It gets some heat from the WHITE PEPPER and GINGER, a sweet nuttiness from the NUTMEG, and a wonderful pungent top note from the CLOVE.
