Pork Rub


PORK RUB  - not just for pork. It can be used on chicken, lamb and some cuts of beef. For ribs rub it into the ribs with a little olive oil and salt about an hour before cooking. You can add brown sugar to create a traditional rib rub. 

INGREDIENTS: Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Cinnamon, Thyme, Oregano, Star Anise.
