Rose petals are edible flower petals, and have a perfumed flavour with a light, sweet essence. They are used in European, Middle Eastern and North African cuisines to make pastries, teas, syrups, jams and of course Turkish Delight. They make a wonderful edible garnish for salads and desserts. It is found in our Ras el Hanout and Rose Harissa.
We use only culinary grade rose petals.
