Suggested Uses:
This is great in a vinaigrette with a red wine vinegar and a good olive oil, or simply sprinkle it on tomatoes. Blend it with our orange olive oil to drizzle on seafood. It lifts the flavours of roasted vegetables, potatoes, and it can also be used as a rim salt for mojitos.
