SESAME SEEDS - ROASTED
These nutty SESAME SEEDS have a sweeter, richer flavour than white sesame seeds. Their flavour is found in cuisines all over the world. They are associated with Japanese food but remind me of sweet, crunchy bars we ate as children on car trips.
They do make a lovely sprinkle on just about anything. Add them to salads or fish or steamed green vegetables. They are used in our blends: DUKKAH and ZA'ATAR.
