A fabulous vinegar for salads and cooking!
It is a mixture of aged balsamic and sherry vinegar. It has oaky, woody notes along with a pleasantly sweet sherry flavour, and a slight bite of acidity.
It blends well with any olive oil for a dressing, but does well splashed on grilled vegetables and adds a rich undertone to stews and soups.
