Smoked Olives

Smoked olives make an amazing snack. They add depth to a charcuterie board, or an interesting twist on a martini.

Gordal means the 'Fat One' in Spanish - it is a table olive ( for snacking not for oil) and it is juicy but no bitterness, and it has an slight citrus note which is the tope note after the smokiness on your palette.


Smoked olive tapenade
