The Spice Trader Thai Green Curry powder is an amazingly fresh blend. Green curry normally has a lot of fresh herbs and spices so to replicate some of the freshness we had to adjust ingredients. Using Jalapeño powder for heat lends a distinctly green, fresh heat to this blend.
INGREDIENTS: Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Lemongrass, Lime Leaf Powder, Cilantro, Jalapeño.
SUGGESTED USES: You blend it with vegetables, chicken and coconut milk.
