Taste of the traditional balsamic vinegar

 

This class will teach  you about the history, the methodology, the barrels, the ingredients, and more.

We will taste many different ones from the least expensive to the coveted Traditionale Balsamic Vinegar.

Everyone will sample balsamic on different foods and we will finish by opening the $400 bottle and give everyone a taste.
