    Aged in Italy,
    not transformed into water
    but into sweetness.
    Aged Balsamic Vinegar - This vinegar is aged in wooden barrels, which give the vinegar some of its flavour and its colour. This one is a blend of grape must and wine vinegar and is great for bread dipping.
    Blend 3:1 olive oil to balsamic vinegar a pinch of flaky salt or fleur de sel - dip some bread and enjoy.
