            DAY #18 - Rosemary

Both fidelity
and remembrance, of course
are symbols of this.

ROSEMARY is the dried leaves of the rosemary plant.Their flavour strong with hints of mint and pine. The little leaves look like small pine needles. We buy our rosemary cut to small pieces as the needles can be quite hard,  so there is no need to chop or grind them before using.

Since ancient times, the aromatic herb rosemary has been believed to improve your memory. It's an ancient symbol of fidelity and remembrance.
