HARISSA is a North African hot sauce. It most often comes in paste form. It is used in Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. Our Harissa is blended here in Toronto.

The Spice Trader Harissa is a dry blend of delicious spices that when mixed with fresh lemon juice and olive oil can easily be made into a paste. The heat comes from BLACK PEPPER and ALEPPO PEPPER so as to keep it very much at a medium heat. This allows all the amazing flavours to come through.

We use it at the table on pretty much anything.
