    Dulse Butter & Harissa Butter

    Flavoured butters are all the rage! These can be put on the table with slices of delicious bread or in a recipes. This is a very simple way to upgrade a sandwich, an appetizer or steak and seafood.

    DULSE BUTTER

    Ingredients:

    1/4 lb of butter ( unsalted)

    10 g of DULSE FLAKES

    Directions:

    Soak the flakes in cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain them in a sieve. 

    Bring the better to room temperature and then blend in the dulse.

    Roll into a log and wrap in wax paper. Place it in the fridge for 1 hr or longer.

     

    HARISSA BUTTER

    Ingredients:

    1/4 lb of butter ( unsalted)

    20g of ground HARISSA

    Directions:

    Bring the butter to room temperature and blend with the spices.

    Roll into a log and wrap in wax paper. Place it in the fridge for 1 hr or longer.
