This is one of the strongest olive oils we carry. It has a lovely rich quality along with a freshly mowed lawn taste.
An organic blend of these three olives: Changlot, Arbequina, Picual.
This blend creates a layered, flavourful olive oil. It has strong green and nutty notes , that delivers a spicy bitter taste and a strong peppery note at the end. A delicious extra virgin olive oil.

Pair with beef, mature cheese, and pasta. It can also be drizzled on roasted summer vegetables and grilled salmon.
