Underneath a golden hue reveals a delicate nose of bewitching aromas of honey, lychee and rosewater. On the palate, the experience continues with elegant notes of jasmine, mimosa and acacia, enhanced by subtle floral touches of elderberry. A fine balance of freshness and floral notes.
After a 3-hour skin maceration in the press, the grapes are gently pressed and settled at a low temperature. It is then carefully stored in a cold environment to prevent alcoholic fermentation and preserve the clarity of the aromas.

Rosé
On the nose, intense aromas of forest fruits create beautiful aromatic complexity. On the palate, notes of morello cherry harmonise delicately with floral nuances that evoke cherry blossom and hibiscus. A subtle partnership of fresh and delectable flavours.
