The long aging imparts to this Balsamic an extraordinary richness of aromatic notes of ripe fruit, wood, spices, and vanilla, leaving a sensation of roundness and refinement.

Naturally dense, it's ideal for enhancing any dish: pumpkin tortelli, meat or fish tartare, steamed potatoes, fantastic on shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano, and why not a few drops on ice cream in general, hazelnuts and cream being the best pairings.
