Monocultivar Moraiolo Bio Bacci Noemio is an organic extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from 100% Moraiolo olives, harvested slightly in advance and at the right degree of ripeness to best preserve the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics. The artisanal processing of this monovarietal limits production to a few thousand liters, guaranteeing a rare and precious product.
