Smoked Ontario Honey

This smoked honey is beelicious! It is amazing on toast in the morning, or drizzled on cheese, or used in a salad dressing.

The smoke is subtle and surprising.

Smoked Black Pepper

Smoked Black Pepper is an interesting addition to any spice cupboard. It has a delightful smokiness, layered on top of a fruity, citrus, spiciness of the pepper. Great for adding a little smokeyness to everything you would put normally put pepper on. It goes particularly well in soups, chilis or stews, and also in a creamy pasta when added at the last minute! Our smoked pepper is sold ground as we feel it holds more of the smokey flavour. Naturally smoked in Quebec.

Honey Dipper

Certain tools seem to be around forever, and their design is such that it does its job to perfection.

However, its history is contentious.

Some say: "The honey dipper, having been used since the nineteenth century, seems to have been invented in ancient China by attaching a small pine cone to a stick so as to retrieve honey from a pot without causing a mess".Others say:"the honey dipper was invented in 1879 by William H. Perrin who worked at the time as an assistant chemist at the Cane Sugar Refinery Company in New Orleans."

But all agree that dip and twist makes the neatest serving option!
