VIETNAMESE CINNAMON is reminiscent of the cinnamon heart candies that we had as kids. It has a sweet, intense, spicy flavour. It is the strongest of the three cinnamons that we carry and we recommend it to all bakers who want to kick their goodies up a notch. Use sparingly, as it has a very strong flavour. It is delicious in smoothies and we enjoy it sprinkled on baked fruit.
