CILANTRO is the leaf of the herb known as
CORIANDER, and is referenced in ancient Sanskrit and in Exodus. It is found primarily in South American, Indian, Thai, and Chinese cuisines, and has a lovely fresh, grassy, and lemony flavour. The dried leaves can be added to soups and stews and used in herb mixtures.
