LEMONGRASS is a tropical grass mostly used in Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian cooking. Our dried lemongrass comes in powdered form . It has a tangy, citrusy flavour, similar to the zest of lemon because of the presence of citral.

1 teaspoon of powdered lemongrass = 1 stalk of fresh lemongrass!
