You can use this peel when fresh is not readily available. Because it is dried, the flavour evolves when mixed with a liquid. It can be used in baking, in marinades, and sprinkled on fish or meat. It is found in our MULLING SPICE and our STUFFING MIX.
SUGGESTED USES: Rehydrate in a warm liquid and use wherever you would use fresh.
