Summer Savory

Summer Savory's flavour is reminiscent of Thyme with a hint of Marjoram with strong peppery notes. Its flavour piquant but does not overpower dishes, but rather adds a particular dimension to dishes, especially poultry. This is the herb of choice for the people of the Maritimes when making chicken or turkey stuffing.
