BAHARAT is a traditional North African & Middle Eastern mixture. Baharat is the Arabic word for "spices," and there are many different regional variants of this spice mixture. A fragrant and complex, heady mix, made with deep and strong-flavoured spices, this blend has quite a powerful punch.
In some areas it's known as Arabic 7 spice.
