Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
These are some of our most popular olive oils. We have just received a new shipment and they are fresh, and green, and spicy. Each only has the juice of one type of olive and so all three are quite distinct one from the other. They are all wonderful on salad and in a dressing, but each does have its own characteristic.
The BIANCOLILLA is buttery up front with a lovely fresh green flavour mid palate and a slight peppery finish. This is the fresh flavour we miss in the cold, dark days of winter. It is great drizzled on any steamed vegetable or boiled potatoes. It adds those green top notes to any tomato salad.
