This is a North African blend. It has amazing depth of flavour with a lovely mixture of herbs and spices. It can be made into a traditional marinade or sauce with lemon juice and olive oil.

Blend this with Maple Syrup and use it to grill fish or chicken. Try it on eggplant or zucchini.
