Grilled Salmon with Chermoula
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (200g each)
1/2 tsp of chermoula per salmon fillet ( 200g)
Olive Oil
Salt
Directions
preheat the broiler for 7-10 minuets
mix olive oil with chermoula until it has the consistency of runny batter - add a pinch of salt and slather over the fillets.
Lay the fillets on a sheet pan and broil for 7 - 9 minutes depending on thickness.
Use a fork to check if it is done.
Serve with roasted cauliflower, and kale salad.
