This pomegranate molasses is made in Syria. It is an essential ingredient in Middle eastern cuisine. It is the star ingredient in vinaigrette for fattoush salad.
It is also wonderful drizzled on ice cream , or as a glaze or marinade for meat.
It can be stirred into dips and or relishes to add depth and layers of extra flavour.
