Fish Rub


This is a great rub for fish and seafood. It is light and herby with some green pepper for fresh heat, and lemon peel for a nice tart finish.

SUGGESTED USES: You can use it straight as a rub (remember there is no salt), or use it in fish cakes or fish pie!
