            Salmon fillets with Fish Rub


Salmon ( 250 grams per person) - you can use a whole salmon side and cut it in pieces.

The Spice Trader Fish Rub 


Olive Oil


Place the fillets, or side of salmon on a non stick baking tray ( or parchment paper). Rub the fish with a little olive oil and sprinkle on the fish rub. Slice the lemon and place it on top of the fish. 

Add some salt and pepper and cover lightly with some aluminium foil. Place in a preheated 450º oven. Bake for 8 minutes and remove the foil. Bake for another 6-7 minutes.
