White balsamic is made from the same grapes as its darker/oakier cousin. White balsamic is aged in stainless steel, or white oak and therefore has less of the complex fruity, vanilla, dark chocolate notes of the more known dark aged balsamic. However it gives a light, sweet, clear flavour, with its own layers of fresh grape juice and honey sweetness.
Lemon White Balsamic - A citrusy, sweet vinegar. This white balsamic has a lovely sweet, light flavour, and the addition of the lemon brings a tart flavour to heighten the mouth experience. It goes very well with our flavoured or plain evoo. Try the combination on a spinach, goat cheese salad.
