JERK RUB is based on a traditional Jamaican blend. The herby thyme notes complement the richer , warm tones of the allspice and black pepper. The warming and spicy ginger and garlic add depth to the flavour of this blend.
You can use this blend in the traditional recipe below, or just mix it with some honey and salt, and then use it to bbq chicken or pork.
It also is very tasty with roasted potatoes.
