Gold - VERY MILD
This exclusive “cru” is made in small quantities. It is a monovarietal and uses the variety 'cailletier'. We do not sell this tin all year round. It smells like warm dry herbs , and has flavours of almond, artichoke with a light buttery finish. Wonderful for dipping, and drizzling. Perfect on tuna tartar, or beef tartar, and salads.
