NIGELLA SEED is sometimes called Kalonji. They are often mislabeled as Black Onion Seeds, Black Caraway Seeds and Black Cumin. Nigella Seeds come from a plant called 'Love in The Mist' and have a nutty flavour with slight peppery notes. It is an essential ingredient in PANCH PHORA.

SUGGESTED USES: Nigella Seeds are often used in Indian Naan bread and Turkish breads. They go particularly well with potatoes and cauliflower. Lightly roasting the seeds will bring out their nuttiness.
