When they took a classic butter fudge recipe and added salted caramel to it we had an inkling that it was going to be good but even we were surprised at just how good.
It is salty, sweet, rich - you can easily cut each piece in four and still be satisfied. BUT you won't - you will nibble a bit and pretend you will share, or save half for later, and then nibble some more while you contemplate life and candy...and then lo and behold..where did it go.
Thank goodness there is some still left ... for now.
