Toasted Black Sesame Seeds

BLACK SESAME seeds have a more intense nutty flavour than white sesame seeds. The raw seeds are often added to breads and biscuits and are crushed into pastes in the Middle East and North Africa.  The toasted ones can be sprinkled on pasta, or tuna.
